Submit Your Film
Film requirements:
1. 10 minutes maximum length
2. Please double-check your audio levels: your audio should range between -18 and -6 dB. If you need to edit and re-export, please do.
3. Export in H264 video format.
Steps to submit your film:
1. Submit your movie file and all required information through our submission Form, linked here and at the bottom of the page.
2. You will need to provide the following on the submission Form:
a. Your email
b. Your name
c. Film title
d. A Google Folder URL with your uploaded movie file (H264 format)
e. Optional: List of cast and crew (for promotional posting/tagging)
f. Optional: Production company name (for promotional posting/tagging)
g. Optional: Film summary (for promotional posting/tagging)
f. Optional: Film logline (for promotional posting/tagging)
h. Your own 11x17" film poster or image(s) you'd like featured on your poster (for promotional posting/tagging--inclusion not guaranteed)
Official Selections
All official selections will be screened at the festival and the filmmakers will receive an "official selection" laurel wreath graphic to use on any marketing material.
Returned Submissions
Returned submissions will include an explanation as to why they have not been accepted. Potential reasons for returned submissions include but are not limited to full festival screening roster, incomplete submission information, corrupted video file, and/or material deemed offensive to the community. Please reference the email if you receive a returned submission for information. If your submission is returned due to a filled screening roster, please consider submitting to our future festivals. If your submission is returned with technical or content feedback, please consider addressing issues and resubmitting to our future festivals.
